When will my order ship?

Most US orders ship within 2/3 days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with DHL tracking to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder and add Emma@cnperfects.com,  to your safe sender list or email us the name and email you ordered under.

Upon receiving your tracking number, allow a full business day for update. If your tracking number is not working, please let us know by contacting us. Your tracking number is automatically sent to the email you purchased under up to 3-5 days after your purchase. Use this to track your package and delivery.

International Shipping options are available and deliver in 7-15 business days after shipment.
