How soon will my order ship?
Most US orders ship within 2/3 days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US States, Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.
What are my options for shipping?
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
How much do you charge for shipping?
It depends on the shipping method you choose, your location, and the weight of the item(s) in your shopping cart. For United States orders over $100.00, UPS Ground is free.
I received my order and the item is damaged – what should I do?
Please contact us via e-mail at Emma@cnperfects.com within one week, and tell the detailed for damaged, we will help to fix it or change a new one for you!
I need to return my order – what should I do?

- You have 30 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return.
- To complete your return, we require a packing slip or proof of purchase.
- Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied.
- Please return it in the way you received it, with original packaging. Shortly after, you will receive a store credit via email if your item(s) have been approved. If your order is denied we will notify you as well.
- Customer is responsible for shipping cost of new item.

Please Note:
If you are returning your order due to a Qvin error, We can then either issue a full refund or even exchange. If you are returning your order for other reasons, you will be responsible for return shipping. We will issue a refund for the item(s) purchased upon receipt at our facility. All refunds are for product price only. No shipping refunds.
