Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

Most US orders ship within 2-3 days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with DHL tracking to the email address you entered on your order. If you did not receive an email after 5 business days, please check your spam folder and add Emma@cnperfects.com to your safe sender list, or email us the name and email you ordered under.

Upon receiving your tracking number, allow a full business day for updates. If your tracking number is not working, please contact us. Your tracking number is automatically sent to the email you purchased under up to 3-5 days after your purchase.
