Juice for you-Celery Juice

Juice for you-Celery Juice

Drinking celery juice is one of the hottest health trends for health and healing. The celery juice craze has been made popular by the Medical Medium (Anthony William) podcast and books.

Made with only celery and apples (to sweeten it naturally), this easy and quick to make a refreshing, nutritious and delicious juice!

Some benefits for celery juice may include:

  • Reduced inflammation and allergies: Celery contains two beneficial antioxidants that may help treat a range of inflammatory diseases.
  • Reduced cholesterol: This is likely from high levels of antioxidants that can lower LDL, or “bad”, cholesterol levels
  • Lower blood pressure:  Just one glass a day can help lower blood pressure because celery juice is rich in the chemical compound 3nB.

HOW TO MAKE CELERY JUICE

To start, wash and chop the celery and just wash the apples if you choose the wide chute juicer. You can keep the leaves on the celery. Actually, that’s where most of the health benefits are! And you can keep skin on the apples for added fiber.

Many people are afraid to try" celery juice" beause they are afraid the taste. Nutritionists suggest adding green apples, kiwi fruits and pine apples to make juice. If you want to maintain the nutritional value of celery juice, it is recommended that the ratio of "celery :fruit" be "1:1".

Put everything into the Qvin wide chute cold press juicer, and than the pulp and juice will come out separately

You can create your recipe like add ginger or something else. I love using green fruits like apples and pears..
